What you get

Refrain is sold as a one-time purchase for $9.99 USD (plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout). There is no subscription and no account. Your purchase includes a personal license to use Refrain on the Macs you own or use, and the updates we release for version 1.

Refunds: 30 days, no questions

Email hello@greatwork.company within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No form to fill in and no reason needed. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

License

• You may install and use Refrain on any Mac you personally own or use.
• Please don't share your download link or redistribute the app.
• Don't reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the app.
• Your snippets are yours. Refrain stores them in a file you choose and never uploads them.

Downloads and updates

After you pay, you get a download link. You can get a fresh link any time at refrainformac.com/get-the-app/recover with the email address you used at checkout. The app checks refrainformac.com for updates and installs them when you agree.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

No warranty

Refrain is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Refrain is limited to the amount you paid for it. Keep your own backup of your snippets file, as you would any important document.
